Bias Mitigation: The Misinterpretation of A Stolen Legacy

By Dr. Tracy L. Johnson

Bias Mitigation: The Misinterpretation of A Stolen Legacy is the product of a sacred promise made to two mentors: one who reminded Dr. Johnson of his talents as a curriculum writer, and another who reminded him of his responsibility to the Afrikan community. It represents the first of a three works within the larger Afrikan Personality Series—a comprehensive framework for consciousness restoration that moves from Methodology (this volume) to Pedagogy and then to Application.

The book represents a systematic transliteration of contemporary academic and social concepts through authentic Afrikan Consciousness. It is not a comparison between different cultural approaches but rather a complete consciousness transformation that reveals how European thought patterns have obscured the cosmic principles that traditional Afrikan societies understood as fundamental to authentic human development and community life. The methodology employed here demonstrates how the same human needs that white logic addresses through extraction, competition, and domination can be served more effectively through Afrikan logic patterns of reciprocity, harmony, and cosmic alignment. Each chapter shows how member-to-member consciousness, diunital logic, and holistic thinking create completely different approaches to essential human activities.
