Anthony Browder’s John Henrik Clarke Enhanced History Project

The John Henrik Clarke Enhanced History Project aims to celebrate African history, achievements and contributions to global civilization.

The project includes:

16 graphic murals documenting 8000 years of African excellence: These murals depict the history and migration of African people from the Nile to the Niger to the Potomac.

A 25-foot mural titled "Africa's Eyes": This mural serves as the cornerstone of the project and focuses on 8,000 years of African excellence.

A timeline documenting human accomplishments: The timeline starts 300,000 years ago and details the movement of Africans out of Africa to populate other continents and their contributions to science and the development of consciousness.

An exhibit housed on the second floor of the Thurgood Marshall Center: This exhibit transforms 550 square feet of wall space into an African History Gallery where the sacred memories and contributions of African ancestors are acknowledged and documented.

Presented by Anthony Browder, Bestselling Author, Publisher, Cultural Historian, Memory Restoration Specialist, Artist, and Board Member of APPEAL Inc.
