The Holocaust of Enslavement

We will explore the global search for sunken slaveships and maritime archeology to preserve these artifacts, their history, and the stories of the African Ancestors they carried. 

Presenter: Kamau Sadiki - Engineer, Explorer & Underwater Archaeology Advocate, and among the team to discover/identify the ‘Clotilda,’ the Last Known Slave Ship to Arrive in the United States. He is a board member and instructor with Diving with a Purpose and the immediate past president of the National Association of Black Scuba Divers (NABS).
