The History of Garvey, the UNIA-ACL and our 21st Century Movement Struggle!

142 years ago the Right Excellent Marcus Mosiah Garvey was born on Aug 17th, 1887. 105 years ago in 1914 the UNIA-ACL was established in Jamaica. 103 years ago Garvey traveled to the USA NY city in 1916 and 99 years ago over 25,000 Africans from around the world came to the 1st convention of the UNIA-ACL held in NYC, and there established the government and the Declaration of Rights of Negro (AFRICAN) People’s of the World In Aug 1920.

Today the UNIA-ACL, Div 330, APPEAL Inc., the PAFM and many other Race First Universal Afrikan Nationalist are carrying on the vision, works, words and deeds of the Right Excellent Marcus Mosiah Garvey and our Ancestors in the Whirlwind. Come join us on Saturday August 17th to the Thurgood Marshal Center and learn how we are collaborating and consolidating our Blacktricity in the 21st century.
