Reparations:  Why Not In Our Lifetime? 


This workshop will begin with a brief examination of the history of reparations given to oppressed groups in the United States, followed by a more detailed focus on the thinking and actions that the African American community must do to realize reparations in our lifetime.

Presenter: Brother Ari Merretazon and Brother Sababu Shabaka. Brother Ari is a decorated Vietnam Veteran and former resident of Washington, DC.  The Character played by Larentz Tate in the movie Dead Presidents is based on him.
