  2. Introduction of Board of Directors   
  3. Introduction of Executive Officers and Committee Chairs
  4. Adoption of previous meeting minutes
  5. Matters Arising
  6. Annual Financial Report from the Treasurer
  7. Report from each Committee Chair on their respective committee’s activities to date and plans and initiatives for 2026
  8. Report from the Executive Director on APPEAL's status and outlook regarding our mission, goals/objectives, and program activities
  9. Open floor for questions and comments from members
  10. Closing comments by Executive Director
  11. Meeting Adjournment
