Survival Strategies for Victims of The New Jim Crow 

The workshop will be an examination of the current U.S. criminal justice system/prison-industrial complex and its impact on the African American community; in addition to effective and practical economic re-entry methods, it will provide the community with how it works at the local and national levels while providing defense techniques to avoid becoming a direct victim of the system.
